Google Adwords PPC – New Ad Formats

Posted on November 9th, 2009 | Post the first comment

Have you seen the new Ad formats in Adwords yet?

If not – then you really need to! Google have just announced that you can add ‘site links’ to your ads.

What Are Sitelinks?

Sitelinks are links to sections on your website that you can add on the campaign level to the bottom of your ads. You can have up to 4 of these links on an ad.

Why Use Sitelinks?

The benefits of Sitelinks are simple:

1. They’ll help you increase CTR over your competitors, thereby increasing your website’s clicks and providing you with a great opportunity to scale up your campaign.

2. They’ll help you channel users to the most relevant page possible, which will increase your site’s conversion rate and drive down your cost per acquisition!

Why Should You Use Them Now?

Because your competitors aren’t using them yet and Christmas is coming up – meaning you have a fantastic opportunity to steal some clicks and ramp up your business!
